Each item is handmade with care in small batches, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any products once an order has been placed.

Please double-check your order before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
