All items are handmade and made in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. -
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier. -
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. -
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. -
United States: 2–7 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom: 7–21 business days -
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

International Orders
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. -
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. -
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, you are welcome to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you. -
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.
